PD Howler 2021 Layout/Working tools
Following a Photoshop tutorial by Texture Labs on YouTube in PD Howler2021. PD Howler is my preferred 2d software, and it can do 95% of the things that most other 2d graphics programs can do. Texture Labs has some really creative tutorials, lots of fun to follow!
